I’ve noticed that I have a greater appreciation for spicy stuff more so now than in my youth. I really appreciate going a little heavy handed on the seasoning when I’m cooking.

I keep a bag or two of fresh cranberries in the freezer. Yummy stuff. I just had my "telehealth" appointment with my cardiologist. I'm doing fine, but I'm sure he's pretty worn out from all the Covid-19 patients he's been attending to. We're hoping I can have a live, in-person check-up in October.
