Happy update. The hen is out of the splint. The wing hangs a bit lower than the other, but that was expected. Second one from the right.

That happens to me all the time! 😂 I had one fall asleep with her head through a hole in the wire. I thought she broke her neck but nope, just reclining.

To piggyback on what @knoturavggrl said, I would also say that sometimes the beak injuries resolve themselves. I had a hen crack her beak quite a while ago and it looked like it might start to cross, but ended up going back together as it grew out.
