1 today, ready and waiting when I let the girls out this morning. The other 3 still have pale combs, however we are still under 8 hours of day here so can't complain.

I'm not sad, we got our first egg of the year 3 weeks earlier than last year. More will follow in due course but for the moment it's only Rainbow laying.
no roller coaster for us. flat 0 for weeks. days under 8 hours and frosty though. girls still growing their feather back but at least there's no naked skin now.
Ours are 1 now. The 2 Easter chicks started laying September last year. One stopped after 2 weeks the other then started and layed through till November then molted. The June 2 waited until end of January/start of February.
No eggs. Sunset 4pm today. 3 of the girls just missing their tails now.
Been looking on time and date. In prudhoe bay the sun sets tomorrow and won't be back until January. I hope your all south of there.
