I don't spend time in BYC like I use to, but I will glimpse into it once in a wail.
You can use the front part, with the sternum(the chest bone) for stock( it will be very fat stock!) the "ribby" part could be rubbed withe salt,black paper, fresh sage and rossmary ,lemon juice and olive oil and backed in a mediums heat 160 C° with some potatoes. It is a delicious meal
