I was sharing some current pics, I previously have put in my entries with them when they were hatched and shortly after.

Some pictures of my Dutch. Rusty, Lala, and Becky who is mama to their first offspring. The lil ones are 6 weeks now. We haven't named them yet.

They grow up so fast, chickadees. Already over 6 weeks now.

Their eggs do have strong membrane. I had one that popped but couldn't get thru it. I waited about a day, it was still chirping inside so I removes a small bit if shell and put a Lil hole in membrane then back under hen, few hrs later chick was out.

Yeah, my youngest got broody after only laying for a couple months, she was determined. So I let her sit on 5 eggs, of that 3 hatched, I think one was lost early on, but the other was like full grown in shell I don't know why it didn't even pip.

That reminds me, I need to get an incubator. Any recommendations, I have limited space atm.

Most the time the hens tails are pretty high, bad pic. Also have 3 six week old chicks, recently all integrated again and the mama hen is kinda mean to the other right now so she is a little on edge.

I am not really sure. I have 2 hens. I drove cros-state n picked them up from a young girl who hatched them from eggs she said were shipped to her from a breeder. The rooster and one hen were from one hatch and the other hen was from another, she was younger. I think they were 3 or 4 months and...

I am looking for some feedback on my birds, he lost a few sickle feathers and has the hens feathers a little messed up. What do yall think bout them.

Fingers crossed. One rooster is enough for me. Although he is a fine one imo.

I was leaning towards 2 f, 1 m. But I don't know. Maybe the ones lighter color is just Genetic. They are 6 weeks and couple days old. Was thinking they should be showing some black by now if any are cocks.

#4 Giving me "the eye." 10 or 12 days old. Not sure which chick it is tbh, I can't tell. So small and cute.
