    This silkie was sold to me at 7ish months as a supposed to be female. I got 2 of them. One looks the same as when I got them and the other has developed a larger come and streamers. No eggs yet, no crowing, now 9-10 months old. Hen or roo?

    9 week old Easter eggers and suddenly one of their combs turned bright orange? Is she/he a roo?!

    I’m just starting my backyard flock. Got 4 chicks that were “wing sexed” and reportedly Ameracaunas. Starting to panic that I may end up with four Roos when I really only want hens. Thoughts on these guys or girls and what breed they really are? They are 3-4 weeks now which I know is too early,
