I just put bands on my chooks because they have cute charms on them. I probably should take them off though.
I can kinda tell the Polish’s apart, but I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I’m just going to take the bands off and put looser ones on that way I can still tell them apart.
I am so confused.
The chicks are only 5 weeks old, but Willow is laying eggs again. She still lets the chicks hang out with her, but they are mainly hanging out alone.
With the TSC chicks, she didn’t let them go until they all started laying eggs.
Mugs Monday: Ruby strolled up to me to say hi. She’s such a sweetheart 🥰
I might need to put a saddle on her - Pastel’s spurs are pulling her back feathers. I also should trim his spurs…
Wow, that’s a lot. I wish I could say that I understood most of that, but that would be a lie. I get the gist of it though.

Happy Pony Sunday!
I’m going to D.C. on Thursday, coming back on Monday. I’ve never been, so I am so excited. Gonna go to lots of museums and probably visit The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier… I hope.

Well, I should go to bed. It’s almost 10, but I need to wake up at 5AM to go to work with Mom. I cherish my sleep, so I want to get as much as possible.
The two polish roosters, Athens and Nemesis, are staring to crow. At first it sounded so ridiculous, but it’s starting to sound better. Either way when chooks are learning to crow, it’s hilarious.
I rode today with my friend (Auggie’s old owner.) she was on her horse, Lynk. I had Auggie walking and trotting around, and she cantered. Well, she was bareback, and Lynk decided that he was going to put his head down and pin his ears - a sign that he was gonna buck. She caught it in time and...
