Do you think I have roosters?

I don't see any boys. Your easter Eggers both have female specific coloring and sapphire gems are sex linked, a male would be barred. Lavender orps are notorious for being tricky to sex but I don't see anything that would make me think male.

    Barred Genetics

Excellent visual chartBarring is sex linked, it is only present on the Z chromosome. Since males are ZZ, males can carry two copies of the barring gene but females, being ZW, can only carry one copy. So an Ayam cemani (non barred) rooster over a cuckoo hen will result in solid black females and...

Did I create a new breed on accident???

Ah, kinda like how barred rock has sort of become what some people call any Plymouth rock chicken because it's the most well known variety.

GLW: Is my Lizzie Bennett a Mr Darcy?

How old? Wyandottes are often tricky to sex. It's super common for pullets to pink up early. Right now the lacing looks pretty even. In the first picture the wattles are pretty small still, but they look larger in the second pic.

Did I create a new breed on accident???

The unexpected color probably comes from your rooster. There are three common ways to get a white chicken. Dominant white, which only requires one copy to turn black (or blue or lavender) to white. Recessive white, which requires two copies (one from each parent) to turn black into white. And...

More outside time this evening! They all got really spooked when the evening train went through town. I could have sworn they've heard a train horn before, but I guess they've never been outside when the trains have blasted their horns.

    Ameracauna Roo or hen?

Agreed. The feather colors are saying male but the comb color and feather shapes says maybe not. It should be more apparent in another week or three, but you might just have to wait on an egg or a crow.

    Tell your favorite chicken breed!

It's too hard to just pick one! In my first flock my favorite hen was a clean faced easter egger. But my favorite breed from my first mixed flock was probably the speckled Sussex. I also really loved my blue orpington hen. In my current flock it's a tie between the Meyer cookies and cream and...
