Are those pics recent? I know the Sappire Gem cockerels/rooster get barring, and I do see some barring in yours. I would tell you to wait 2 weeks, then post again. I had a Sappire that seemed to have gotten barring at a young age but SHE grew out of it. I also think the cockerels are supposed...

Looks like a Rhode Island Red to me.

Theirs looks to have been a cockerel. If you can post pictures of yours, we can give you a guess. :)

I had a friend that a beardless EE hen, and she laid sky blue eggs. But, EE's are essentially mutts, so if they have a beard or not, their egg color is always up in the air. I have an EE that lays brown.

I see all pullets. The one in the middle is beautiful!
