Any updates to this? I know my chickens didn’t want to go in their coop after an owl attack one night and after a raccoon attack, I couldn’t even get the chickens to leave the coop. After a dog attack, the chickens started roosting in our garage instead of the coop for awhile

I get it we had 2 roosters and the first one was great, despite threats to be dinner so he was allowed to live. He gave his life protecting the girls last week :( I was very fond of him and am looking for another good protector who let’s my kids feed him treats

Okay as long as he can be tempted with treats and my kids can hang around him I think there’s potential for good boy behavior:) where do you live?

Possible but only if he is friendly. We have young children that play with the chickens. Otherwise my husband will just eat him :(
