Chicken acting lethargic, puffing out feathers

I've been monitoring her and it's almost like she's showing signs of being broody without going in the nest, she puffs up when I come near her or when a chicken approaches and even ran at my dog with her wings out. But she hasn't been in the nesting box at all today as far as I'm aware.

Some pictures of her outside, she's on the right in the last two photos, she follows the other birds if she sees they're pecking at something

Chicken acting lethargic, puffing out feathers

This morning, her crop felt empty; she's still slightly puffy but is definitely more active. She's walking around the yard and pecking at the grass like nothing happened. Chicken acting lethargic, puffing out feathers

I'm so glad for that For more information their NPIP papers say they were monitored for salmonella, and are clean from pullorum-typhoid and avian influenza. We've also been keeping them away from wild birds from the recent breakout of bird flu (avian influenza) in our area

Chicken acting lethargic, puffing out feathers

She has not laid an egg yet although some of the others in her flock haven't started laying yet either, they're aprox 5 to 5 1/2 months old

Chicken acting lethargic, puffing out feathers

I have a black jersey giant pullet that has been acting strange. She is puffing out her feathers and only moves when I approach her. She let out a very watery, white poop earlier (it was in no way solid). When I tried to pick her up, she puked, and it was clear. I have isolated her as I can't...

Chicken with a tilting head, keeps running in circles

The bird is probably about a week or two old, I'm not sure how to explain the behavior much more then the title so I will be attaching a video. We got her from the store, the store begged us to take her to see what we could do. They said none of the other birds were acting like her, even though...
