I'm a retired surgical tech who used to specialize in spine, brains and orthopedic trauma although I could function in just about anything except tooth pulling and ENT. GYN was not a favorite either.
My husband and I used to own and run a charter boat in Destin, FL and have since then retired to the country in Dallas, GA on nearly 10 acres. We're about 30 miles from the Alabama state line and 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta.
We've got a 3 yr old Border Collie named Steve and an Anatolian Shepherd named Honeybear who just happened to pick us as her parents when she wandered into our yard about 1 1/2 years ago. She is very old but a sweet old girl who's part of the family.
Sadly Jan 11, 2019 we had to put her down. She fell down the deck stairs the day before and broke just about everything.
Added a border collie puppy named Princess Lexi the middle of Feb 2019 and she's doing great.
Now we've got 19 runners. The adults are 2 boys and 8 girls. 9 more hatched on May 29th. Too early to tell the sexes of those.
12 Indian runners. 3 drakes, 1 chocolate, 1 fawn/white, and 1 blue pied. The girls are 3 fawn & white, 4 blue pied and 2 black runners. 1 Rhode Island red rooster, 3 chickens, and 3 Border Collies.
