I would try giving her some poultry cell in her water. If it’s something like anemia this will help a lot. The coughing definitely is a symptom of cardiac problems like heart failure as fluid will start to leak and put pressure on the lungs

Is the lump hard to the touch or is is more squishy? It looks like a tumor but a biopsy would be needed to confirm if it’s benign

How has her poop been? And have you tried any medications? The purple comb is a good indication of a circulatory issue. It could be a mite infestation, worms, respiratory illness or cardiac related.

And Yeah I keep them in usually for 24 hours though the ones affected were about a week old I keep them on flock raised but I suspect a possible deficiency such as niacin may be the cause so I gave them each some concentrated vitamin supplements and mixed some into the waterer as well...

And I hatched them all myself about a week ago. I’m not sure if the heat lamp got to hot or not but they have a pretty large brooder so they can move away from the heat if they need to

Their water in in the little brooder waterer from tractor supply. I gave it a thorough rinse with tap water and refilled it before giving it to them. I didn’t use any cleaning agents though

No worries! I have 20 eggs each in my two incubators and in both out of the 20 only 4 or 5 seems to be fertilized

I’ve had only 5 of 20 silkie eggs develop but all my turkey and ducks eggs in that incubator have either hatched or are developing normally
